COVID-19 Shipping Policy 

Due to COVID-19, shipping has been relatively slow due to these circumstances. Each order also comes with tracking to determine the status of your order. 

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday) within the operating hours between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. All orders are handled through Canada Post. 

Shipping Delivery

The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (3–7 business days), Expedite (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Expedite due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Shipped orders should arrive in 3 – 7 business days depending on delivery location.
